In-person Reiki treatments are for those who are seeking energy healing locally. Existing clients may select this option to book a healing session for your mind, body and spirit wellness.

New to Reiki or new to my practice? In-person sessions are great for first time Reiki experiences, for those looking for an alternative option for relaxation and stress reduction or chakra balancing/ maintenance for everyday wellness.

Existing clients can book a quick maintenance session to rebalance when life gets busy. We all need a little self care and time to feel calm, grounded, gratitude and love.

Distance Reiki Treatment

As Reiki is not limited by space or time, Reiki can be done in-person or via long distance. Existing clients may select this option to book a healing session for mind, body and spirit wellness. Clients may choose to use video technology or no technology. The client may also choose a preferred form of communication for post-session observations.

As Reiki is not limited by space or time, clients may prefer to receive Reiki in the comfort of their home, office, while on vacation, in hospital or anywhere they feel comfortable. If you are a new client to Reiki or my practice and in search of a gentle alternative for relaxation and stress reduction or chakra balancing/ maintenance for everyday wellness at a distance, this option is for you.

90 minute Access Bars
Using light touch on 32 points on the head to dissipate the electromagnetic charge that gets locked in our brains by our thoughts, feelings and emotions that we have stored over our lifetimes. This session may help to “reboot” the way you think about yourself, your life and your possibilities. Access Bars is like pressing a mute button for the voice in your head that tells you that you are not good enough or that you can not achieve your goals. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change.
