CAN REIKI IMPROVE MY HEALTH?

There is so much in life that weakens our well-being.  Daily stresses, being over scheduled, dietary and weight issues, lack of movement or sleep, isolation, grief and overwhelm are all reasons for our bodies to become overtaxed.  For many of us, the negative impacts of an unhealthy lifestyle (emotional and/or physical) go unnoticed and untreated for years.  When our bodies fall into a place of dis-ease, it can be confusing to know how to return to a healthy lifestyle and state of wellness when we are forced to make changes.   

The Japanese relaxation modality called Reiki is one way to invite balance, harmony and wholeness back into your life.  This very gentle healing technique can promote relaxation, sleep, and reduce stress.
